For all essential oils:

-They are generally not recommended for sensitive people, epileptics, asthmatics, pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and animals.

-For diffusions: Diffusers are often water-based, be moderate in the use of essential oils and favor short diffusion times.

-If there is eye contact, immediately add mild vegetable oil (not water) to clean the eye and consult. If the contact is inside the ear canal, consult.

-It is advisable to use an essential oil within a year – for citrus fruits, this time will be shorter, as essential oils are more delicate and can go rancid more quickly. Prefer small quantities and renew them.
